Women classes and workshops are suitable for women of all ages and abilities. Because Tactical Krav Maga was originally designed for Special Forces in Israel, it is a system that is very simple to learn and retain. It relies on your natural instinctive movements, and stikes at vulnerable targets such as the groin, throat and eyes to enable a much smaller person (such as a woman) to effectively disable a larger opponent. We will also teach you how to utilise the adrenalin and function under stress.
