Returns and Refund
CD/DVD/Music
• As according to the most common practice amongst all web-based books/CD/DVD stores and also because of copyright issues, we cannot offer any refunds, returns or exchanges for our disk-based products such as CDs, Music CDs or DVDs. Returns or exchanges cannot be made for a change of mind. Therefore please choose carefully before placing your order.
• All CDs and DVDs are visually checked for scratches before shipment.
• In the very unlikely event that the disk will not play correctly on your player, please check to ensure that the issue is not your player. Ensure your player is clean by using a CD/DVD player cleaning kit available from most electronics store. DVDs are not region locked.
• We will do our best to protect your purchases through adequate packing. Products are sent using bubble wrapped bags or boxes.
• We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred in transit. Any purchase you make from this site is an agreement that you understand and accept these terms.
Books
• Books can be returned within 7 days for a refund (minus the shipping costs). You must contact us within 7 days via email office@treeoflifemedia.com, with an email subject stated as 'book refund request'.
• The book must be returned in a brand new condition. Otherwise you will not be refunded.
• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Upon receiving the returned book, we will give you a refund using the online payment system to deposit the money back into your credit card. We can only offer a refund if you paid using a credit card through our online payment system. We cannot offer refunds on purchases not made with our online payment system.
