Information about using the Online Shopping Cart
1. Add an item to the 'Shopping Cart'
• All prices are based on New Zealand Dollars (NZD). This is the default currency.
• An approximation to several other major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD) are displayed below the New Zealand Dollar (NZD) price for your convenience. If you need a real-time currency conversion to another currency, a calculator is available at www.xe.com.
• To select an item, click the grey button 
with the New Zealand Price (NZD). The item will be added to your virtual 'Shopping Cart'.
• You can view the Shopping Cart anytime by clicking the "View Cart" button located top right OR on the left column on each web page.
• To remove items from the Shopping Cart, input '0' in the Quantities Boxes, and click 'Recalculate'. Click 'Continue Shopping' to return to the store at any time.
• Prices are subject to change from time to time.
2. Inside the 'Shopping Cart'
• The shopping cart will show you the item(s) you have chosen, the quantity, and the currency you have chosen.
a) To continue shopping, click 'Continue Shopping' at the bottom, which will return you to the store to add more items. You can view the Shopping Cart anytime by click 'View Cart' buttons on the left column of the webpage.
b) To proceed, select a shipping zone from the drop-down menu for the Shipping Calculator to add the shipping cost. Click 'ADD DELIVERY'.
You must choose a 'shipping zone' in the drop-down menu that matches the delivery address that you will enter in the next page, otherwise your order will be put on hold and you will be billed for any shipping discrepancies.
Note: If you add (or remove) any items in the Cart, the shipping cost will return to zero and the cart will ask you to select a shipping zone again, and click 'Add Delivery' to recalulate the new shipping cost. This is because the shipping rates are dependent on the number of items ordered and calculated by weight.
• Click 'Go To Payments' to proceed to checkout
3. Delivery Address (SSL Secure Page)
• Enter your details and delivery address in our SSL Secure Page
• Any information you give will not be used for any other purpose but to process the current or future transaction.
• You must click the 'Agree' button regarding our Terms and Conditions / Returns Policy to proceed.
• You will be now be given a summary of your order
• Click 'Continue' to checkout
4. Credit Card CHECKOUT (SSL Secure Payment)
• We accept VISA and MASTERCARD payments using a secure payment system administered by our bank, Westpac Bank Limited.
• Enter your CREDIT CARD details
• Enter your CREDIT CARD's billing address
• Follow the instructions to finalize your payment.
• Your order will be dispatched a few working days after we have received the payment.
