TKM INTENSIVE COURSE U1-U10 (TBA)
TKM Intensive Course - learn the TKM system from Unit 1 to Unit 10: Self Defence, Stand-up fighting, Stick Defence, Chokes, Grabs, Holds, Knife Defence, Take Downs, Ground Work, Firearm Disarming, Defending on Public Transport and Airlines. Location: Owen Delany Park Rugby Club, Taupo

Time: 10am-1pm, 2pm-5pm Monday to Friday (30 Hours of Training)
Cost: $995 (The course fee includes your own compulsory personal protective gear valued at $300 which includes: 16oz Boxing Gloves, Weapons Training Head Guard, Thai Shin Guard, Forearm Guard and Groin Guard. This equipment is absolutely essential for quality & realistic training, so sourcing it for you simplify things and keeps cost low.)
*A deposit of 50% of the registration fee (NZ$495.00) is required per person by (Date: TBA) with the Application Form signed. Payment instructions are available in the application form. This deposit is not refundable if you change your mind. If the course is cancelled by us, the deposit will be refunded into your bank account which you will need to provide. A certificate indicating your training will be issued.
Accommodation: Not included. There are plenty of very affordable options in Taupo from cheap backpackers and holiday parks, to motel and hotels (http://www.laketauponz.com/accommodation)

From Sydney Australia, Wil is among one of the few certified Tactical Krav Maga instructors here in Australia & NZ. He has over 10 years experience in adult learning & delivery of training programs including university lecturing, training program design, motivational speaking and personal coaching. Wil also holds graduate and post-graduate qualifications.
Wil originally began training in Krav Maga defensive tactics in 2006 with the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) with a military & law enforcement qualified instructor now based in Brisbane. The IKMF was headed up by Eyal Yanilov.
Wil later re-trained to become a qualified Tactical Krav Maga (TKM) instructor through Australasian Chief Instructor Carl Halley, under Technical Director Itay Gil (ex-YAMAM Special Anti-Terror Unit & Director of Protect Security Solutions Jerusalem).
All instructors must have at least 200 hours of previous training in other systems, CQB, martial arts, original Krav Maga...etc. They must then complete all 10 units of the TKM syllabus in full-contact pressure tested training, plus the demanding instructor training course itself.

1. WORKSHOPS (3 to 4 hrs):
These are ideal for corporate or community groups. Whatever the topic or need may be, these intense workshops can be arranged exclusively for you to tackle a specifc issue. Some examples include: Basic Personal Protection; Women Self Defence; Defending knife or stick attacks; Escaping common holds. Minimum numbers apply.
2. WEEKEND COURSES (2 days):
Weekend courses are tailored for civilians working in high-risk areas needing longer intense training. Catering to more advanced training like knife and gun defences, third-party protection, use of force, and take down with restraint techniques.
3. INTENSIVE COURSES (Full Week):
For people who want to learn the entire TKM syllabus from Units 1 to 10. Course run in Taupo. A Certicate of Completion by Tactical Survival Krav Maga will be issued.
4. SMALL GROUP (1 to 2 hrs):
Similar to private lessons, but aimed at groups of friends, family, club members or co-workers that would like to train together in the privacy of their own home or chosen location.
